Grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Hualālai in Hawaii’s world-renowned Kona coffee region, our 100% Kona Peaberry represents one of the rarest and most refined coffees available. Cultivated within the narrow Kona belt along Hawaii’s western coast, these exceptional beans benefit from mineral-rich volcanic soil, tropical temperatures, morning sunshine, afternoon cloud cover, and gentle evening rainfall - conditions that create extraordinary coffees with remarkable balance and complexity.

What makes this coffee especially unique is the peaberry itself. In only about 3–5% of coffee cherries, a single rounded bean develops instead of the usual two flat-sided beans. Because the lone bean absorbs the full concentration of nutrients from the cherry, peaberry coffee is prized for producing a cleaner, sweeter, and more concentrated cup. These rare beans are carefully separated and sorted, making Kona Peaberry a highly limited offering.

Grown at elevations between 1,500 and 1,700 feet, the cherries mature slowly, allowing deeper sugar development and enhanced flavor structure. The dense, uniform shape of peaberry beans also promotes exceptionally even roasting, helping unlock the coffee’s full potential.

Roasted to highlight its naturally smooth and layered profile, this 100% Arabica Kona coffee delivers a medium-full body with low-to-medium acidity and a rich, inviting aroma.
