Providing your cup with a smooth, heavy body of rich, Indonesian coffee, Organic Sumatra ‘Gayo Mountain’ is much sweeter and less bitter than ‘Black Satin’ although it is a medium-dark roast. Roasted until right before the second crack stage, this organic coffee is spicy and lowly acidic.
