Not as expected

I expected a bold robust flavor and it just wasn't. I'm going to try making it via cold brew to see if I can get better results.

Nice smooth cup of coffee

This is a dark to medium roast, notes of smoke, dark chocolate, aftertaste of walnut, subtle sweet, some bitterness but not much. Overall a smooth coffee that doesn’t need any milk or sugar. How I make my coffee: 1-I weight the whole beans in grams, 2-then grind the beans in a ceramic burr grinder. I use a Technivorn Moccamaster drip coffee machine, which brews at the perfect 200-205 degree water temperature. Hint; if you want great coffee never use a Mr Coffee maker.

This is the darkest “light roast” coffee ever sold. CoffeeAM took one look at Starbucks and took it as a personal challenge to burn beans harder. It is really sad because it tastes like it would be a great cup if the beans were not absolutely set on fire. How they can even roast a bean darker than this without setting an oil fire is beyond me.

Sweet bbq

Slightly on the dark side of medium and above average oil. Sweet BBQ aroma, though, minimal translation into flavor. Slight char taste.

Bold exciting flavor for Sumatra Coffee

i have tried a few decaf single origin choices on A M. Along side da Costa Rican decaf these two make daily choices a double treat to behold. Cant miss with this one though
