Medium-Light Coffee
Medium-light roast coffees are roasted just into the first crack stage, around 405℉ to 415℉. Though natural flavors will be prominent, the beans at this roast level will start to show flavors from the actual roasting process. These flavors will come across as toasted nuts, baking spices, and brown sugar. These beans will be completely dry with no oils being secreted.
