Why blend? CoffeeAM blends coffee to bring you flavors, textures and overall characteristics of coffee that are simply unobtainable with a single-origin coffee. Blending allows you to reach beyond the range of what one single coffee can bring you and opens the door to a whole new world of tastes, aromas, and finishes. Here is how it is done...Our cuppers take one gourmet coffee and decide its best characteristics... maybe the spicy flavors or its complexity. Our roasters will then combine it with a coffee that will enhance that cup; perhaps blending it with a gourmet bean that has a creamy rich taste and a long finish, thus making it a superior blend that would be impossible to get from one origin.
