Eight degrees south of the equator, among the chain of tropical islands that make up Indonesia, lies the beautiful island of Bali. Rising above the steamy jungles are villages settled along the high altitude volcanic peaks that offer ideal conditions for growing coffee trees. The Balinese believe that happiness is as a result of maintaining a good relationship with both people and environment. This belief system is evident in the meticulous work that goes into planting, harvesting, and sorting the beans, all by hand.

Bali possesses natural beauty in its people and agriculture, and you will find that each cup of Balinese coffee exemplifies the true spirit of Bali. Enjoy one sip of tropical pleasure at a time, and savor the earthy and smooth flavor of this Indonesian gourmet coffee. Mildly intense and heavy bodied, after a taste of Paradise Valley, you'll understand why Balinese coffee is known worldwide.

Delicious

I've only recently began to enjoy single origin coffees more than flavored. I got started on that hot milkshake crap from SB and it's just too loaded with sugar. After 10 years, I still cannot drink coffee black however, there are some that are in their own realm. I could go on and on about my experiences with coffee. I just love the variety from CAM. My personal preference is a smooth coffee, nothing harsh or bitter. Bali is not my favorite, I would rate it a 5 star (and did) because I believe being #2 on my personal list, is wonderful brew.

My top 5 (so far) in this order:

Costa Rica Reserve

Bali PV

Sumatra Black Satan

Hawaiian Kona (Reserve)

Tanzania Peaberry

The unfortunate thing is the Sumatra was the most amazing cup of coffee I got, it ruined me for other coffees. However, it's gotten too inconsistent for me and as a result, I cant seem to rely on it for consistent flavor. It's good but, I believe it will be moving down below Hawaiian, soon.

Blind Taste Review

I bought this coffee on a whim. Liked the name. Turns out this was an excellent buy. The coffee is flavorful yet smooth. No bitterness either. I made a cup for my husband and he fell in love and literally drank the whole bag and didn’t leave me much. We’re on our next bag.
