The area of Panama where these coffee trees grow has the perfect climate, increased precipitation and shade protection. Due to the humid conditions and the ample shade, the coffee beans grow at a much slower pace making them more flavorful.

Fruity and spicy

This is a unique coffee with a very interesting flavor profile. I get hints of fruitiness that blends in with a hint of spiciness at the end. Light to medium body. This is the first time we've tried this one, and I'd definitely get it again. Wish there was a decaf option too.

Boquete is a magical place!

After visiting Boquete, where we toured several coffee plantations located at high altitude on the side of a volcano, Mt Baru. The coffee trees grow in the swirling mist of a cloud forest, producing the most amazing coffee we have ever tried. Small farms are worked primarily by the indigenous population who take pride in their coffee. I would recommend the whole bean, medium roast for a low acidic, smooth delicious cup!
