mystery of preparation

I'm still researching the art of roasting the green coffee beans. I want to experience the variety at it's very best preparation. So I don't know yet how it tastes.

Ethiopian Longberry - great brew

I roasted it myself, mixed it 2 parts decaf to 1 part caf, and ground it one grind below espresso grind. Makes a great cup of Americano or espresso. And I can sleep at night.
