As you pour the water over the grounds, it passes slowly allowing the water more time to extract the delicious flavors.

To make a pot of pour over coffee:

• Fill the basket with coffee grounds – 1 scoop per 4 ounces
• Pour hot (not boiling!) water in a circular motion over the grounds to bloom
• Wait about 30 seconds
• Pour the remaining water slowly in a circular motion

This coffee maker works best with drip grind coffee. No paper filter is needed but can be used if preferred.
