Rooibos tea contains no caffeine and no added colors or preservatives, making it a natural beverage. Rooibos has been shown to aid in health problems such as insomnia, irritability, headaches, nervous tension, and hypertension.
Studies also show that this tea contains anti-spasmodic agents, which can relieve stomach cramping and colic in infants.
In South Africa, Rooibos is used to treat allergies, hay fever, asthma, and eczema and irritated skin. delicious tea without the guilt

This is a delicious tea with it's own distinctive flavor. I never crave black tea anymore because this is good with milk and sugar, and I don't have to worry about getting jittery or indigestion. The package arrived promptly.I would recommend this item to a friend.

This tea is tasteless and bland compared to other Rooibos tea I have had. Even though it is advertised by this site as African Rooibos tea, it is so weak and bland that I believe it has been processed here in the United States and that it has been diluted.great herbal drink
