Medium Roast Profile

This roast level is known as a City Roast. Roasting temperatures are slightly higher than the American roast and this is the norm in the Western United States. At this roast level sugars are fully caramelized and the coffee will have subtle flavors of caramel and cocoa. The color of the beans can be described as rich milk chocolate.
