Light Roast Profile

Our style of light roast is also known as Dark Cinnamon or New England Roast. This roast is generally lighter than the American norm with the exception of the Northeastern United States. The coffee produced is higher in acidity and can produce a grain-like flavor. Although very few coffees are able to handle such a light roast those that can have very unique and distinct flavors.
