For an exceptional and unique coffee experience, try Panama Honey-Prep gourmet coffee. Instead of the traditional dry or wet process methods, this coffee gets a mix of the two. Honey-prep processing requires extreme care and constant supervision in a climate with low humidity and constant sunshine. After the coffee cherries are harvested, they are de-pulped and dried without washing. This means that the sticky and sweet inner layer (the "honey") that protects the beans stays on during the drying process; when the process is done correctly, the coffee beans absorb the inner layer's sweetness. Thus, the product is sweeter with fruit-like tones like wet-processed coffees, yet it has a full body like a dry-processed coffee.

Very smooth coffee but with an odd aftertaste. I mixed this with AM's regular Panama and together they taste great!I would recommend this item to a friend.
