Providing your cup with a smooth, heavy body of rich, Indonesian coffee, Organic Sumatra ‘Gayo Mountain’ is much sweeter and less bitter than ‘Black Satin’ although it is a medium-dark roast. Roasted until right before the second crack stage, this organic coffee is spicy and lowly acidic.

It has a nice coffee flavor, but just nothing too unique about it. I would suggest the papa new guinea over this for the more lingering after flavor.I would recommend this item to a friend.

I have discovered that a medium roast coffee is my preference. This coffee is free of any acidic overtones, and is rich without being overly robust. The flavor is also very much to my liking, and this is my favorite of the various Sumatran varieties I've tried so far.I would recommend this item to a friend.
