It is by far my favorite coffee. I compared it side by side this morning against Jamaica Blue Mountain Reserve and I prefer the El Salvador. Will order again. Thanks Coffee Am for being the Best Coffee roasters aroundI would recommend this item to a friend.

Unbeatable at this price!!! This one does rate for mild pleasant aroma and low acid. As others have stated it is on par with the famous Jamaican Blue Mountain for smooth balanced flavor and finish. Glad I got 5 pounds. before it is gone.I would recommend this item to a friend.

This is by far my favorite coffee to date! We usually purchase the Organic: Columbia & Bali Blue Moon. We have tried several others also and found only a few that we did not like. We like our coffee mild to medium roast and not strong. We do not like strong, acidic coffee that has that "burnt" taste. Most of the coffees we tried are good but as far as our favorites, the Columbia and Bali are at the top of the list. Until, that is, we tried Organic El Salvador "Cuzcachapa" Coffee, . Now...I have a new #1 favorite! It is lightly bold and extremely smooth with no after taste at all! My husband prefers the Columbian as his #1 favorite and my mother says the Bali Blue Moon is her #1 favorite but for me, El Salvador is absolutely the best cup of coffee I have ever had!!! I would recommend this item to a friend.
Excellent Balance with a little more robustness

I gave similar high marks to the Organic Bolivia: Neither of these two coffees are rated as "Strong, or Bold" But this one carries just a little more robustness than Bolivia.I have tried to invent a coffee rating system that would consider all the factors that make up a coffee taste and effect: color, aroma when ground, aroma when brewed, taste alone, taste with breakfast food, apparent caffeine, after taste, latency. I have tasted most of the Organic coffees offered by Coffee Am. As many reviewers have observed, they are all very good.
But if I had to pick one coffee to serve to my boss, and my annual review would be affected by my boss's appreciation of the choice that I made and served, then this would be the coffee.
I would recommend this item to a friend.

I was leary of spending so much on coffees that I'd not sampled, but I was so very pleased the Organic Cuzcachapa. I brew my coffee on the weak side. This was a nice roast, not bitter and I think I'll even make it stronger tomorrow, I enjoyed the flavor so . I purchased two other coffees that I haven't tried yet. I'm sure I'LL BE BACK.
