Monin Tea concentrates are homogenized and flash pasteurized. They contain no fat, no cholesterol, and no preservatives. Each glass bottle contains 25.4 ounces of concentrate and makes 2 gallons of finished tea.

These tea concentrates can also be used in a granita machine to make frozen teas.
