Delicately blended, these Arabica coffee beans roast to a medium-dark state in our roastery to produce smoky undertones and a surprisingly spicy bite. With medium brightness and body, Marrakesh Blend is very reminiscent to the spices of the Moroccan market.

Absolutely Wonderful

This blend, along with the Organic Gourmet House Blend, are to myself and partner great coffees. It is full-flavored, complex and with just a perfect hint of bitterness (probably depends upon brewing method, because we do french press and single cup pour overs). I've made steam espresso from it as well and found the crema and flavor great too. We love coffee and have had maybe 25-30 different beans from coffeeam - this is abolutely one of the best. For a lighter single origin coffee we love the Organic Bolivia - especially as cold brew. If you like coffee, particularly slightly darker and with some of the origin beans tasting like they're from Ethiopia/Sumatra, you will likely love this blend.

As others have noted, Coffeeam is a great company in terms of product and customer service. We buy 5 pound bags and finish them within a month or so. When kept in sealed containers (glass) at room temperature, the beans keep exceptionally well for at least 6 weeks with very little change in character.
