The only way to grind coffee the right way is with a mill or burr grinder. Avoid the cheap blade grinders as they simply cut your coffee (creating unequal and uniform pieces that will not brew properly). This grinder allows you complete control choose a fine grind for your espresso, or a coarse grind for your french press.
