Earlier reviews from 2011 said that the flavor of this coffee was a little weak. It seems that CoffeeAM has enhanced the flavoring, as the 1/2 pound bag I received as part of their Flavored Coffee Sampler (January 2013) had a strong aroma and even stronger taste. Too strong for me, in fact, as I'm not a mint fan.I expect mint lovers will adore this blend. If you've been hesitating to try this because of earlier reviews about weak flavor, hesitate no more.

My wife loves anything mint so I ordered a free sample. Very disappointing and unpleasant. The mint flavor, and something else, was "up front" and very bitter. I couldn't finish the first cup, even after adding a bit of honey. We're long time Coffee AM customers and always enjoy their flavored coffees for special occasions during the year. Family and friends always rave about the wide variety and great taste so this particular 1/2 pound sample had to be from a bad batch. Sorry CoffeeAM, the rest of this free sample is going into the composter.More Mint and Irish Mocha needed!

This was actually a good, mild blend. However, we prefer stronger flavors. If it says Mint, we want to taste the mint. If it says peanut butter, we want to really taste the peanut butter. Mild blends with little flavor are better left to gas stations. so, add more mint and this will be great!I would recommend this item to a friend.
