I'm not sure what this is supposed to taste like, but it doesn't taste like white chocolate. It's very sweet, there is no creamy flavor to it. I got this product thinking it would be sweet, yet creamy like a white chocolate bar, but it is not. If you are looking for sugary sweetness instead of creamy sweetness than this product is for you. If you are used to Starbucks White chocolate mocha, DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT!! That's not to say that it doesn't taste okay, because it does. But no more than okay tasting. I LOVE sweets, just can't have enough regretfully, but this product has a weird sweetness about it. If I had to describe how this tastes, I'd say it tastes more like vanilla flavoring with a hint of black licorice. No white chocolate flavor at all. I'm just trying to help out the next person because I attempted to try to save money by buying this product so I wouldn't go to Starbucks anymore, but ended up wasting my money because I don't like the flavor.

I have been purchasing Ghirardelli White Chocolate Sauce from CoffeeAM for over a year now. I have a cappuccino machine and I make myself 2 white chocolate cappuccino's every day. They are my comfort food. This white chocolate sauce is the best. My friends and family love to come for cappuccino time and they all say that mine are far better than any white chocolate cappuccino than you can buy anywhere. I purchase by the case and it's a great buy. I sometimes make white hot chocolate drinks for myself and my grandchildren, they love them!!!!
