French Roast

I love French Roast, but I find that some brands do not provide a smooth flavor. I was so very pleased when I received my first order, brewed it and it was wonderful from start to finish! A deep roasted flavor without the acidity that you can get with a dark roast at times. This coffee brews a perfect cup every time! We will be ordering more of this!

I ordered a free sample with a recent order. I didn't know what to expect but it the flavor and aroma were bold. Bold in a sense of rich coffee flavor and was not bitter at all.

My favorite of all the coffees I have tried. I am very particular about my coffee and I drink it all day long. This is my favorite because it has a smooth flavor and is rich enough to satisfy my taste buds. I like my coffee strong and not bitter. This one is perfect!!!!! Will order in 5lb. bags from now on.

I find that this brews a quite good pot of coffee in my drip grinder. I personally would like to see the beans roasted a little more uniformly and a little darker but, all in all I find this comparable to or perhaps even slightly better than Starbucks' French Roast. I have never tried the super premium brands so I can't compare in that respect but I would imagine that one would have to pay twice as much to obtain better quality. I also appreciate he ease and convenience of online ordering and doorstep delivery.

excellent roasted coffee

Great flavor!

I found Coffee AM on the internet and thought I would try one pound each of the French Roast and decafe French Roast. which I mixed 50-50 to cut down on the caffine. Shipping was fast and efficient. We fresh grind the whole beans and with my first taste I knew I was spoiled for life, the flavor is full bodied very smooth and never bitter, just received my second order of 5 lbs. each and again, am very impressed.

French roast is a solid lightish coffee. Excellent taste but without a wow factor of any magnitude.

I have been drinking this coffee for years and I'm never left thinking there is something better. Although I try new coffees, I always return to this rich, bold coffee blend that continues to satisfy my sweet addiction to excellent coffee!
