Grown in the region of Harrar, Ethiopia Longberry coffee is one of the oldest cultivars of the Arabica coffee bean varietals. Discovered by accident, this legendary coffee has a unique history as well as a remarkable flavor. After the coffee is hand harvested, it is dry processed and sun dried, resulting in a bold and winy cup with a heavy body and complex flavor. Ethiopia Longberry Coffee
As one of the oldest cultivars of Arabica coffees, Longberry beans from the region of Harrar are grown at extremely high elevations. We roast Ethiopia Longberry to a light-medium stage which elicits bold, complex flavors and a floral aroma. With a sharp, winy acidity this coffee proves to be stimulating to the senses, and because of its sweet, fruity notes the finish is absolutely remarkable.

My free half pound has been a joy! I have a Primula Express single cup stove top expresso maker that I use for my special coffees and when I'm treating myself with a full bodied cappacino. This is a perfect type of coffee and I would love to try it in my regular coffee machine but I will wait until I can order a larger amount. Very impressed with chocolatety wine aroma. It seems to increase my endorphins and makes me smile from the inside out!! Thanx for this free half pound!!!I would recommend this item to a friend.

I got the free 1/2 lb. sample with my 5 lb. order of Tanzania Peaberry. Heck, now I'm trying to find someone at my office to go in with me on a 5 lb. bag of the Longberry, it's that great - you know from the incredible aroma when you open the bag, to say nothing of how it pleasantly fills the entire house when you grind it - and I want to stock up lest it runs out.I would recommend this item to a friend.

This coffee is the equivalent of cocoa without the sweet. Smooth, nutty, and roasted just right. I've been drinking this with joy for years. Never found anything close to it.Pros:
