This southern Italian classic is blended from 100% Arabica beans and roasted by our on site roaster to "full city roast." Full city is a medium roast that is reached after just a few minutes when the beans are caught between the first and second popping. The beans will exhibit balance between aroma, acid and complexity, producing a smooth well rounded espresso.
Although we will be happy to grind it for you, for optimum taste, we recommend ordering your espresso whole bean. For a traditional and exceptional cup of espresso, the beans should be ground immediately prior to use.
A heat sealed valve bag will ensure the freshest coffee. Your coffee will be fresh roasted the day it ships. Enjoy!

The beans are freshly roasted and offer a nice aroma when making a cappuccino (my personal favorite). I find that the 'Italia' roast is smooth and has a nice crema as well.I would recommend this item to a friend.
Not the richness I was hoping for

This Espresso Italia is the best. We use it here at home and take it to Africa with us when we go there for 1/2 the year. Don't start my day until we've had a cuppa'. Buy it, you'll love it.
