This southern Italian classic is blended from 100% Arabica beans and roasted by our on site roaster to "full city roast". Full city is a medium roast that is reached after just a few minutes when the beans are caught between the first and second popping. The beans will exhibit balance between aroma, acid and complexity, producing a smooth well rounded espresso.
Although we will be happy to grind it for you, for optimum taste, we recommend ordering your espresso whole bean. For a traditional and exceptional cup of espresso, the beans should be ground immediately prior to use.

Disappointed at first not seeing any oil like Verdi, but to me, Italia tastes better than the bold dark Verdi. Italia has great mild taste made for espresso's and I like adding the Monin vanilla syrup to it.I would recommend this item to a friend.
