This southern Italian classic is blended from 100% Arabica beans and roasted by our on site roaster to "full city roast". Full city is a medium roast that is reached after just a few minutes when the beans are caught between the first and second popping. The beans will exhibit balance between aroma, acid and complexity, producing a smooth well rounded espresso.
Although we will be happy to grind it for you, for optimum taste, we recommend ordering your espresso whole bean. For a traditional and exceptional cup of espresso, the beans should be ground immediately prior to use.
Use: Stand-alone Espresso, Cappuccinos and Lattes
A 5 lb. heat sealed valve bag will ensure the freshest coffee. Your coffee will be fresh roasted the day it ships. Enjoy!

Arrived quickly, bean was not the dark bean that most Italian beans are, good flavor thou, more caffeine than other beans as a trade off. Awesome price.. Would buy again.I would recommend this item to a friend.

Great coffee, nice bold flavor with very little bitterness. I have gone through two 5lb bags of this at the office and it consistently makes a great cup.
