Decaf Colombia Supremo 'La Valle Verde' 5-Pound Bag

With a full, rich flavor and aroma, the high-quality, large “Supremo” beans are the highest-grade coffee according to rigid Colombian National Standards. For 75 years, the Colombian Coffee Federation (CCF) has been the world's most successful and intensive organization to support Colombian coffee farmers.

Decaf Colombia Supemo La Valle Verde coffee, as with most of the world's great coffees, is released of its acidic agents and impurities by a "washing" process. Prior to roasting, the beans' moisture level is increased, causing the caffeine to rise to the surface. Most all of the caffeine is removed. Never would we let the decaffeination process affect the flavor of our roast or of the brew. We roast our Colombia Supremo to yield a heady aroma, rich flavor, and an excellent balance of acidity and body. Enjoy!

Great coffee -- great price!

Wonderful, freshly roasted coffee delivered with remarkable speed to my home -- it was practically still warm from the roaster. An amazing price for top-quality Columbia Supremo decaf (half the price of Starbucks, a third of the price at my local coffeehouse), with all of the rich flavor and depth associated with this variety. For years I had my Supremo custom-roasted at Niccoletti's in Brooklyn, NY -- paying far more there for coffee that was not in any way superior to this. I took a chance and ordered five pounds of Sumatra and five pounds of Columbia Supremo the first time around (total cost of ten pounds was less than half of that of the next least expensive competitor on Amazon) and will now set up a regular order -- taking advantage of the automatic order-filling system. This is a great vendor -- true friends to coffee lovers.

I have been ordering coffee from CoffeeAM for several years now and the coffee is always of the highest quality. I had not tried the Colombia Supremo before, but the description of it was enticing enough to get me to try it. It is exquisite! Full-body flavor, but not over-powering. CoffeeAM comes through again with another winner! And let me add that their customer service is fantastic.

This is by far the best decaf coffee I have ever had. No others can compare to the rich flavor of this coffee!!! You cannot tell it's decaf at all!!!

I make very strong coffee and in order to keep the robust strong favor, I mix regular and decaf to reduce caffeine without reducing thee favor. It fulfills that requirement very well.

my wife and I buy almost all our coffee from Coffee AM. We purchase an 8 oz sampler of Decaf Colombia Supremo 'La Valle Verde' and after trying it, we went back for the 5 lb bag. we drink coffee all day. After the first regular pot we switch to decaf. Colombia Supremo 'La Valle Verde' is an excellent coffee.

I must say that if others like flavored coffee or coffee with cream and/or sugar, I have no recommendation. We drink ours unadulterated black and would not think of messing up a cup of goood coffee with flavoring or sweetener,

My local grocer did not always have Colombian decaf, so I was looking for a way to order it online. This one is great tasting, always fresh and less expensive than the price of fresh beans at the grocery store. I love it. I am on my third or fourth order of 5 pounds and my wife is on her second or third of Cinnamon Hazelnut. This is our regular source of gourmet coffee.

A very full-bodied decaf that is every bit as good as regular Columbian, but I can still have some after dinner without risking a caffeine buzz. Other decafs I've tried have been weak and lacking in flavor, not this one!

Newly roasted beans hold their flavor for a long period of time. Produces excellent cup of coffee which doesn't taste like "decaf" at all. Low acid, good body and aroma. A good cup of coffee...

I became hooked on Colombian coffee in the 1970s and when I had to switch to decaf because of health reasons in the 1990s it was hard to find it in the local stores. When all of my local stores quit carrying decaf Colombian in about 2010 I searched the internet and found this coffee. This is my 3rd order for this coffee and I recommend it to any one who wants a full rich Colombian decaf coffee.

I have been drinking coffee for at least 84 years, most of it bad. I have been ordering another brand for about 4 years and thought it was the best.. It was unavailable the last time I ordered and I found yours on internet. I am very glad they were out because this is by far the best, clean fresh taste, no bitterness, full flavor, simply the best.
