Not quite what I expected

The coffee is more full bodied than I expected, and is 'sticky' when out of the bag, as if it wasn't dried sufficiently. It clogs the grinder every time I grind the beans.
As I've has other coffees from you and they were fine, I consider this an anomaly. I'm sure the next batch will be up to the normal excellent standards.
