Cup Size: Latte

Latte
Our Espresso Verdi Latte is larger than life and so it's only fitting that we suggest it should be served in a coffee bowl! 2/3 hot milk is poured over 1/3 Espresso Verdi to make extraordinary Latte. Pump up the volume by increasing the amount of Espresso Verdi; substitute the milk for soy, vanilla or cocoa powder toppings? Sure! Experiment to see what makes it perfect for you.

One pound of Seattle style roast Espresso Verdi, an espresso maker, and some milk and you have created quite a stir! No doubt about it, when you look at the finished product in its glorious coffee bowl you'll have to agree... The bigger the better!

Recipe:

Easy eggnog latte
Pour 2/3 cup combined milk and eggnog into a steaming pitcher and heat using the steaming wand. Brew the shot of espresso Verdi, and then pour the espresso into your mug. Pour the steamed milk and eggnog into the mug on top of the espresso, using a spoon to hold back the foam. Spoon the foam on top of the eggnog and sprinkle nutmeg on top of that.

A lively little Latte
Heat 2 cups milk in a saucepan set over medium-low heat. Whisk briskly with a wire whisk to create foam. Brew espresso Verdi and pour into 4 separate cups. Into each cup add a teaspoon of Monin Gingerbread flavored syrup. Next, pour in milk, holding back the foam with a spoon. Spoon foam over the top and sprinkle with ground cinnamon and nutmeg.
