Strange flavor

I normally love creme brulee flavors, but this was....weird. I opened the package and the smell was great, but once brewed it has a very strange flavor. I can't really put my finger on it, but it has an odd chemical, burnt flavor to it. Definitely not my favorite (I purchased about 8 different flavored coffees as a first time customer and still have about 4 left to try). Yummy -- really am enjoying this.

I got so used to the Creme Brulee' that I would buy from Barnie's. I am so delighted to have found this and am enjoying both the regular and decaf.I would recommend this item to a friend.

We have tried several brands of Creme Brulee, and so I was expecting something similar. However, this flavored coffee lacks the burnt sugar or caramel taste of classic Creme Brulee. That said, it is a smooth and pleasant flavor and has an interesting aroma reminiscent of a quality pipe tobacco.I would recommend this item to a friend.
