My wife and I love flavored coffee and when a friend gave us a 5 lb bag of the Creme Brulee we were hooked. We started buying this flavor in 5 lb bags (3 at a time) for the past 4 years and we have not switched from Coffee AM or from Creme Brulee - Both have exceeded our expectations.I would recommend this item to a friend.

I reviewed this coffee in December and it was excellent then and it remains my favorite one from Coffee AM. Great flavor, aroma, and it is better than Godiva's Creme Brulee. Yummy....I would recommend this item to a friend.

To be fair I must mention that these folks CAN make delightful coffee; but based upon experiences thus far it doesn't happen very often. 4/5 of what they've sent us is truly horrible and can NOT be used.
Details=> the order was placed by phone AFTER asking the right questions - for DRIP grind, MEDIUM roasted.
What came is so over-ground that it makes a mess if used in either the drip OR Keurig machines (with a proper 'My K-cup adapter), and it clogs paper filters so badly it is amazing - like I imagine clay would do.
The results ??
Cups of stuff that tastes like the odor of burned rubber and nasty messes to clean up afterwards.
And as to flavour=> it may be there, but the coffee is so scorched that it cannot be detected.
Conclusion:
If one prefers to drink stuff that tastes this bitter it is possible to get it locally.
After trying to work this out with CoffeeAM and wasting WEEKS in the process we RUSHED out to buy some really good, KNOWN, medium-roasted, properly ground, nicely flavoured COFFEE which has NEVER clogged a filter and brews up delightfully using any filter with no mess to clean up.
This, as a 1st AND 2nd experience here is highly discouraging and disappointing.
(Never mind the food and $$$ wasted...)
Apparently the ONE flavour we sampled from them that was truly WONDERFUL, correctly ground and nicely roasted with lovely flavouring was a fluke, and cannot be repeated.

I've had a love affair with creme brulee flavored coffees since purchasing it from a local department store a few years ago. But CoffeeAM's creme brulee is the greatest!! As the ad says - it ends a day perfectly. Starts one out well, too!! I would recommend this item to a friend.
