Colombia Supremo La Valle Verde coffee is hand harvested and immediately processed using a washing method that removes the pulp and skin from the bean while the fruit is still fresh. The beans are then soaked to loosen the excess pulp and washed again to remove excess. Since the CCF constantly monitors the coffee process, Supremo is destined to become exceptional. Our Colombia Supremo is light-medium roasted to perfection to create a brew that yields a heady aroma, a very rich flavor, and an excellent balance of body and acidity.

We make Lattes about twice a week and it has been very difficult to find a coffee that is rich and smooth enough gor our tastes. Trial and error had become very expensive. I had been buying my syrup from Coffee AM for a while so thought I would give their coffee a try and are we glad we did. I received this as a sample promo and it's SO GOOD I am ordering a pound right now!!! The flavor is so smooth and creamy. It has a nice full flavor, and I make mine in a French Press so it's even better! It's good alone or with flavored creamers. This might be the only coffee I need to keep in stock in my house!I would recommend this item to a friend.

I have tried both the Organic Colombian and this Colombia Supremo. Believe it or not, I like this one better. I actually got a half pound of Colombia Supremo as a freebie with my order. The aroma and the richness are superb. Nice body, full flavor .... just excellent. The service was great. When I opened my first bag I was greeted with the most pleasant aroma. I inspected each bean and found no clinkers, stinkers, or poorly roasted beans. It is obvious a highly skilled Roast Master prepared these beans. My first cup was also a pleasant surprise. The flavor is so rich and full.My complements to all the staff for a wonderful experience. This was my first purchase and it will not be my last.

Ran out of my Colombian and had to buy a 12 oz package of Star Bucks. Package said freshly roasted and packed 100% Arabica coffee.It was terrible compared to coffee I buy on coffeeam.com.

I have had this particular coffee a couple times now, and it is really a consistent pleasure. Very dark toasty flavor, but not too roasted, like some Columbian can be. Just the right combo of flavor and aroma. You cannot go wrong!I would recommend this item to a friend.
