chemical smell/taste to it

I was hoping for a minty chocolaty coffee for my wife to replace her mocha mint lattes with...while the service for my order was good, this coffee had a strong chemical smell from the bag prior to brewing (cold brew) and has a chemical taste to it as well. While i appreciate that coffee am has a good return policy, my method of brewing uses the whole bag at once, so am unable to return this product. Overall good flavor, but the mint was far too weak. The grounds appear and react as though moist. The result is a lot of clogging in the grinder.Did you forget something...?

Chocolate? Mint?? You've got to be kidding! I would have at least hoped for one or the other, but there is not even a faint hint of either. This flavor was a complete, a complete disappointment.taste great!
