When we first started brewing flavored coffees we went to a local fine grocer in Indianapolis to get our favorites...that was way before CoffeeAM.com came along. Now I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else to get this wonderful blend of Chocolate and Almond. It tastes just like I ground up some real toasted almonds and put them in the brewer. Mmmmmm, delish!I would recommend this item to a friend.

bought a 5lb bag of this about a year ago. the almond taste was overpowering and i couldn't taste the chocolate @ all. i love flavored coffee but i will never buy this flavor again. all the other flavors i have bought from coffeeam has been 5 star +.Makes a great dessert!

I made a tiramisu with this coffee and it was delicious!!! On its own it's pretty good too. :) I've not had a coffee from this company I've disliked! I would recommend this item to a friend.

Okay for what it is

I got it because my wife wanted it. Since then, she has abandoned any flavored coffee (thank goodness!!) I didn't lower the rating just because we're not buying any more. I did it because a chocolate coffe should have more or that flavor in it for my taste.
Fear of clogging my new burr grinder with the almond pieces keeps me from wanting more also.

For what it supposed to be (flavored ) it is about as good as any I have had. But, let me be clear. I feel about flavored coffees as I do about putting steak sauce on (good) steak--why would you want to ruin a perfectly good piece of meat? So, ditto! Let me just say that I also cringe when I get the pretentious people at Starbucks ordering their "Mocha Latte, slim, honey-mustard, white chocolate, double"--or whatever that dribble is. (I've spent time in Italy and seen the looks when Americans order.I bought this for my wife and I tolerate every once in a while. It is not allowed in my burr mill though.
I dumped one star from the rating because it doesn't say what kind of coffee--or blend of--that is in this before it is flavored. I would like to know that just to be sure what I am starting with.
I WOULD recommend it to someone that likes this sort of thing.
