Bali 'Paradise Valley' Coffee (1lb Bag)

Eight degrees south of the equator, among the chain of tropical islands that make up Indonesia, lies the beautiful island of Bali. Rising above the steamy jungles are villages settled along the high altitude volcanic peaks that offer ideal conditions for growing coffee trees. The Balinese believe that happiness is as a result of maintaining a good relationship with both people and environment. This belief system is evident in the meticulous work that goes into planting, harvesting, and sorting the beans, all by hand.

Bali possesses natural beauty in its people and agriculture, and you will find that each cup of Balinese coffee exemplifies the true spirit of Bali. Enjoy one sip of tropical pleasure at a time, and savor the earthy and smooth flavor of this Indonesian coffee. Mildly intense and light bodied, after a taste of Paradise Valley, you'll understand why Balinese coffee is known worldwide.
In the high altitudes of the Bali, Volcanic Region of Indonesia, 'Paradise Valley' coffee beans are cultivated and wet-processed providing a smooth, heavy-bodied cup when brewed. This well-balanced and mild, Arabica coffee has low acidity and undertones of chocolate.

Very Smooth +Aromatic

It really should be listed as a medium rather than light/medium. Very smooth, flavorful and smells awesome, I compare it to Sumatra Mandheling, only with a smoother finish, not quite as dark as the Sumatran. Everybody who has tried it here at the house wants to know what it is and where I got it.

The Best

A co-worker turned me on to this coffee and I can't get enough. Maybe its the way you roast it, but it is the freshest coffee I have ever tasted.

I was very well impressed with Bali Paradise Valley coffee. I thought it compared favorably with Kona blends.

Nice, but nothing special to me

But to be fair, we mix this caffeine coffee with decaf Peruvian coffee so we might "cover" up the taste somewhat.
