The first time I ate a Tortuga cake was on my way back from Barbados and I have never stopped buying it whenever I travel. It is the nicest cakes that I have ever eaten its moistness and freshness makes is awesome at all times - excellent . I don't know anyone who don't like a Tortuga cake . I'm from the islands, and this is a staple everywhere. Reminds me of home with every bite. Soft texture, not too sweet, with a nice rum kick. Perfect with tea in the afternoon, or really anytime!I would recommend this item to a friend.

Bought this in the Carribean years ago and my family loved it. Well.....when I saw you carried it , I couldn't wait to order! My family was shocked and thrilled to have it again. I bought 3 totaled in about 3 weeks and they were delicious and moist and stayed very well refrigerated for the holidays. The coffees we ordered for the holidays were amazing as well! We first tried this cake when our daughter brought some back with her from a Caribbean cruise. We loved it. It is deliciously moist and flavorful yet light not heavy like many other rum cakes. We are thrilled to be able to purchase it via the web. While we have recently bought the Blue Mountain, (and love it! ) our favorite is still the "Original Golden" Yum!!!I would recommend this item to a friend.

My order was never fulfilled. I had to call my credit card company and file a dispute because nobody at CoffeeAM would communicate with me. This was a gift, so I had to scramble to get another gift sent in time for the holidays.Later, I found that my credit card information was stolen and I had to get a new card. I think it was stolen due to a security breach at this company, although I can't be sure.
I would not buy from this company again. I think they had a serious, serious problem at one point in time. I hope this problem has been rectified.

The rum cake, from the Cayman Islands, is, as always, very good. But, it got delivered to the incorrect street address. The rum cake was delivered via FedEx ground to my neighbor at 5136 36th Avenue South. I live across the street at 5135 36th Avenue South. Lucky for me, my neighbor brought it over to me. FedEx delivered it correctly. The shipping label incorrectly stated 5136 instead of 5135.I would recommend this item to a friend.
